Mohamed is a partner and co-founder of CNK ASSOCIES law firm. A member of the Paris Bar since 2006, he has a master’s degree in civil and commercial obligations law from Paris University V and is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (class of 2005).
At CNK ASSOCIES, Mohamed manages the activities concerning insolvency and business litigation/defence.
Mohamed worked for a number of years for top-tier business law firms in Paris, where he worked on litigation and bankruptcy proceedings for a wide range of complex cases, very often involving an international element.
As a seasoned attorney in company law and insolvency law he is especially experienced in pleading before the courts and has extensive knowledge of civil, commercial and criminal proceedings.
These combined qualities enable him to offer our clients the best strategic view of their legal issues.
Mohamed works in French and English and is also fluent in Kabyle.

Jean-Paul is in charge of the corporate practice at the firm. He has developed an expertise in matters involving M&A operations, fund-raising, restructuring operations and equity capital.
He also intervenes in cases involving insolvency law and financing.
He started his legal career with niche law firms specialised in financial law and stock market law.
He has significant experience in complex negotiations, especially in an international environment.
Jean-Paul works in French and English and is also fluent in Spanish.

Before joining CNK ASSOCIES, Emilie worked with several renowned international law firms, both in France and abroad, where she developed an expertise in business law with a particular emphasis on company law and private equity.
She regularly works with companies and their directors, as well as with private investors, during operations involving investment, the sale or acquisition of businesses under French law, and Ohada law. She is also regularly involved in resolving business disputes.
